Donor Services / Annual Campaign / Fundraising Manager for wonderful Non-Profit in the Denver area! Renowned and accomplished organization is searching for a strong 'donor services' manager to oversee planned giving, annual campaign(s), and fundraising efforts to manage/track donor pledges and data/activities and will liaise with the Events department as to ensure successful campaign(s). Superior knowledge of fundraising software (specifically Raiser's Edge/SQL) and Bachelor's degree in related field required.

JOB DUTIES to entail:

Work with donors and various departments to properly manage and track all donor pledges, payments and constituent data within the donor management system.

Manage methods for ensuring ongoing accuracy and integrity of constituent data including but not limited to adjustments, write-offs and unapplied payments.

Complete set up of Endowments and Donor Advised Funds with mapping to proper investment platforms.

Work with donors and agencies to ensure accurate and timely donor directed and Donor Advised Fund Distributions

Manage and process all external correspondence connected with Annual Campaign, Endowments, and Donor Advised Funds including acknowledgement letters and quarterly remittance reminders.

Actively engage with the Campaign, Event and Finance departments on all aspects of billing and payment processing.

Create new designations in proprietary system, work with Finance to map correctly.

Analyze data and generate key metrics to assist senior management with strategic decision-making. Investigate and identify reported problems with system, coordinate solutions with software vendor including entering tickets for CRM support to ensure a smooth functional system operation.

Conduct data integrity testing, data clean-up tasks and updates. Work closely with Senior Director on database service packs, upgrades, plug-ins, feature testing, data uploads and mergers as well as integration between donor database, accounting and marketing systems.

EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor's degree in related field required.

3-5 years of experience in campaign fundraising, grants, 5013c / non-profit, and annual campaigns required.

2+ years of administrative or accounting experience preferred.

Experience working in non-profit or education preferred.

$80K
$80K base, Benefits + Bonus potential bonus
