Pre-sales Domain Specialist possess deep technical expertise in a targeted technology domain and drive business for their given areas of specialization. Domain Specialists align with supporting sales professionals and pre-sales engineers throughout the Americas and are responsible for identifying and matching technology opportunities with the customer's business issues, objectives, and outcomes to drive product sales. If you are a self-starting, problem solver with a knack for sales but a passion for technology, then this is the role for you. If you are passionate about combining your technical expertise with your understanding of customer business needs to solve complex problems. You have at least 5+ years presales experience in enterprise technology, ideally in Virtualization, Security, Digital Workspaces or SaaS. You love certifications and ideally have a CCEE, CCEA, MCSE, MCITP, CCNA or other related certification. This is a remote-based position with travel to customer locations or corporate meetings, as needed. This covers all accounts across the Americas.
What you will be doing:
As a Pre-sales Domain Specialist, you will provide insight into technology trends, product developments, and technical capabilities. You will leverage your experience with REST APIs and JSON, to understand target system APIs and resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways to meet our customer's needs. You will use professional concepts and company objectives to will define technical offerings and solutions; develop business value propositions around Citrix products to drive sales with technical expertise, account management skills, sales strategies, and superior customer focus. You will be the face of Citrix for our customers while serving as the face of our customers to our product teams, and you will help propel Citrix by driving the company's revenue and growth.
