What We Need
We are looking for an experienced hunter with experience driving revenue through the United States Army. The candidate should have experience closing six and seven figure deals selling into IT and delivering business value to multiple decision makers
The Impact You’ll Make
This role will report directly into NetBrain’s Vice President of Federal Sales and it will take responsibility for the U.S. Army, which is a crucial account for our Federal Team. This candidate will have the opportunity to produce massive seven-figure wins that will help NetBrain’s continued efforts to grow as the pre-eminent network automation solution in the market.
What You’ll Do
You will manage the strategic selling cycle for both green field and upsell opportunities across the United States Army and select combatant commands.
You will define and execute a territory business plan that outlines the target accounts and strategies for driving productivity and high-quality pipeline that ultimately results in predictable outcomes and over achievement.
You will act as a Subject Matter Expert on the NetBrain product, developing and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of current projects and key drivers.
You will coordinate and lead Key U.S. Federal program capture strategies through select U.S. Federal Systems Integrators in conjunction with the NB Federal team.
You will lead a complex sales cycle; orchestrating, leveraging and collaborating with additional resources – i.e. partners, Solutions (Presales) Engineers, Sales Management, and Executive leadership – when needed.
You will prepare accurate forecasts, document daily activities in salesforce, and perform other tasks necessary to drive sales revenue and communicate activities to sales management.
You will work autonomously to meet and exceed assigned revenue targets & goals
You will serve as a trusted advisor for the U.S. Army and build business cases to showcase how NetBrain can transform network operations
Who You Are
You are a US Citizen in the Greater Washington DC Area with 5+ years of experience selling complex software solutions into the U.S. Army
You have 7+ years of experience selling into IT
You have the ability to work in a value-based sales environment with a long sale cycle
You have a track record of learning and explaining technical concepts to technical teams
