Responsibilities

The Staffing Project Manager will manage and oversee electronic discovery document review projects from inception to completion. Electronic discovery is the electronic aspect of identifying, collecting and producing electronically stored information (ESI) in response to a request for production in a law suit or investigation.

 

  • Work in tandem with Project Managers to support the completion of active client projects
  • Assist with day to day management of the review teams and workload
  • Schedule and conduct project meetings to understand project goals, processes, timelines and expectations
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of client and management reports

Qualifications

  • Minimum JD or equivalent
  • Must be barred in any U.S. jurisdiction
  • Must have at least 2-3 years experience managing document review projects
  • Experience in document review or general litigation support
  • Knowledge of KCura Relativity e-discovery review platform
  • Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task
  • Ability to build relationships at all levels of the business
  • Knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures
  • Flexibility to work nights and weekends as necessitated by project
