The position facilitates the procedures by which researchers go about their work of describing, explaining and predicting phenomena across all research projects in the doctoral programs. The position will include the responsibility for training all committee chairs on proper qualitative and quantitative research projects. The position will also establish, monitor and ensure the sustainment of research quality standards for the programs. The position will assist in the administration of the doctoral programs to include instruction, curriculum review/development and assessment.
