Industrial Manufacturing Company is looking for:


POSITION: Division President

LOCATION: Lititz, Pennsylvania Area (Reading / Lancaster Area)

SALARY: $400-500K + benefits, incentives (Estimated $600-800K)

DEGREE: Required, MBA Required

EXPERIENCE: 10+ Years Sr / Executive level manufacturing background with at least close to $1B in Revenue and over $300M in EBITA

RELOCATION: Relocation Package Available.


In this key leadership role, this high impact candidate will provide strategic leadership and oversight to the general management of a fast growing business unit within a publicly-traded Industrial manufacturing company.


The right candidate for the Division President is expected to have a broad and comprehensive knowledge of all matters related to driving business growth and ensuring the delivery of products to customers and the quality of those products. This senior business leader will lead strategy and direction, manage operational scorecards and is accountable to balancing an organizational P&L budget.



• Develop a compelling vision for the future state of the business and lead the organization in the implementation/execution of that vision

• Successfully communicate strategy and results to senior executives as well as the people within the business unit

• Drive the business strategy working in concert with a highly experienced and talented senior management team to develop and implement initiatives to maximize performance of the organization

• Continually innovate by looking for new service offerings striving to improve profitability, increase margins, and achieve sustainable competitive advantage while balancing risk

• Provide leadership to key functional managers and executives within the business unit

• Engage in key customer relationships and/ or target customer relationships

• Evaluate and determine key investments in equipment, infrastructure and talent

• Foster and encourage innovation; guide development of technical strategies and roadmap

• Engage with Corporate officers in broad organizational strategy planning


Knowledge & Experience

• Proven experience within manufacturing or heavy industrial sector

• Experience in strategic planning and execution of engineering within industrial manufacturing

• Considerable business knowledge including , business processes, management, budgeting, and operations

• Proven experience in planning, organization, and development

• Proven leadership ability

• Ability to set and manage priorities

• Team skills needed:

• Influential communicator with the ability to maintain and drive relationships at all levels

• Demonstrated ability to communicate technical concepts into business acumen

• Capable of anticipating future needs and emerging trends and their impact to the company

• Places high priority on accomplishing strategic initiatives by assigning resources as needed

• Ability to travel when needed

• Formal Education

• Bachelor’s degree and/or related field plus a minimum of 10 years applicable work experience

• MBA or an Engineeringdegree is a plus
