The successful candidate must be a high energy, self-motivated Outside Sales Division Manager to lead the S Windsor, CT area. This exciting and prestigious position is responsible for managing the sales teams, operations and personally selling to selected accounts.


  • Recruit and retain successful sales staff
  • Become known as an employer of choice and a sales force that top sales people want to join
  • Execute sales training programs that enable staff to achieve their potential and support company sales objectives
  • Manage customer expectations and contribute to a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting, drive the business to meet and exceed annual budget
  • Compile information and data related to customer and prospect interactions
  • Manage key customer relationships and participate in closing strategic opportunities

Salary plus commission, (unlimited potential) commensurate with experience
