POSITION: Division Manager East reports to President
NOTE: THIS POSITION WOULD PREFER TO BE WITHIN COMMUTING DISTANCE TO RICHFIELD, OH LOCATION. RELOCATION ASSISTANCE CAN BE PROVIDED. IF NOT POSSIBLE, THE CANDIDATE CAN WORK OUT OF A COMPANY FACILITY WITHIN COMMUTING DISTANCE OR A HOME OFFICE AS LONG AS IT RESIDES WITHIN THE EAST REGION GEOGRAPHY.

Exceptional leadership skills demonstrated staff mentoring and development skills are essential. Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field is required, (MBA) preferred. Minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience in large retail and or automotive industry is essential.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
The Division Manager will ensure flawless execution of the store operations playbook about all business drivers consistent with company policy, processes and procedures. This position will oversee Regional Managers to ensure achievement of agreed upon overall divisional metrics.
