Green Bay Packaging Inc., Coated Products Operations, is currently seeking a Division Manager for our slitting and distribution facility located in Kansas City (Riverside), MO.

Founded in 1933, this Green Bay, WI based paper and packaging company has over 3,400 employees and 34 manufacturing locations in 14 states. The Coated Products Operations manufactures pressure sensitive label stock, utilizing a variety of face stock, adhesive and release liner combinations. Product capabilities include an expanded film line, as well as traditional paper, foil and thermal offerings. Our self-adhesive materials are widely used by major label printers across the USA and around the world. The Coated Products Operation recently completed a $100mm modernization project, and the Kansas City team is currently installing a state-of-the-art 80" wide slitting line. Both of these projects will present increased business opportunities for the KC division.
The Division Manager will be responsible for the overall operation of this converting facility. Primary areas of responsibility will include, but are not limited to, safety, quality, training production, reliability, employee relations, and employee development. The Division Manager will be directing the efforts of the two Team Operations Managers, an administrative support person, a part-time Occupational Health Nurse, and 20 ? 25 plant technicians across two shifts, typically running Monday - Friday.
The successful candidate will have:
- Five or more years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment, paper or converting is ideal
- Excellent organizational and supervisory skills
- Strong technical skills and the ability to develop personnel
- Four year Engineering or Technical degree strongly preferred
