The Division Head for Womply’s Core product will be responsible growing and leading all aspects of our largest and most important Division. In this key position on our leadership team you will help guide the Marketing, Sales resources, Customer Success, Product and People decisions. Aligning with our strong Engineering /Product and Leadership team to continue to evolve our product offerings you can help grow our main business which has 10’s of Millions in revenue. Your extensive experience building teams and a track record of operational excellence building a software-based business is the key to your success. As a proven leader in another high-growth technology or SaaS company you’ve demonstrated yourself as a dynamic passionate team player who loves to build amazing products. Additionally, they will be the voice of Womply in all offices for your Division, being the glue that continues to hold them together.

The right leader will be experienced in leading and engaging a team across a variety of backgrounds from engineering, design, product management, product marketing and sales. The most important experience to bring to the table is a demonstrated ability to build and scale a team to further drive the business selling our Core product. Through your experience, you will be to ensure we have the right vision, talent and processes to continue the further development and go-to market strategy for our Core line of business.

What you get to do every day:

  • As Core Division Head you will lead our Core business, with tens of millions in recurring revenue and sustained triple digit annual revenue growth
  • Own, optimize and execute on Womply’s Core Division strategy  
  • Work directly with our industry-leading partnerships team to help them sign more partnerships and delight our partners with the products provided by Core Division
  • Act as the voice of this Division for both internal and external stakeholders
  • Expand and improve our customer-centered SaaS products to help small businesses better understand, reach, and serve their customers  
  • Work in deep partnershipengineering, sales, and marketing to leverage customer insights, market feedback, as well as platform and channel expertise to drive effective go to market strategies
  • Build appropriate team capabilities and processes to ensure alignment on product outcomes, milestones and KPIs
  • Manage the division’s day-to-day activities to ensure they meet deadlines, objectives and quality standards
  • Expand our credit card transaction data infrastructure to efficiently scale while delivering increasing value to internal stakeholders and our SMB customers
  • Build and motivate your team so they are high-performing and highly satisfied
  • Lead from the front by demonstrating day-to-day operational excellence, taking ownership of every aspect of this Division, driving resources, metrics and results

What you bring to the role:

  • BS Business / Marketing / Economics / Computer Science, MBA preferred and a solid track record of driving the success of a SaaS or Software Product to Market through all stages from development through to delivery
  • MINIMUM of 10+ years driving growth, revenue and managing the P&L in a line of business for a SaaS, Software Engineering, Business Management or otherTechnology entity with a minimum of 5+ years in a comparable Executive level position
  • Passionate about the SMB business owner, understanding what drives and motivates them and a strong desired to have referenceable satisfied customers
  • Experience building products and directly and indirectly guiding resources driving their success through thought leadership in an informal, adaptable, style to meet their objectives
  • A willingness to roll up your sleeves, learn new things, and take this Division to the next level 
  • Experience delivering web – based or SaaS products that integrate with 3rd party API’s and products
  • Significant leadership experience with a track record of success in a fast-paced, quick-changing, startup company managing resources and meeting strict deadlines
  • Decisive but flexible, and able to perform and adapt quickly in a dynamic, rapidly changing, fast-paced environment
  • Contribute to, and in some cases lead training, recruiting, performance management and knowledge management efforts
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, and a strong sense of diplomacy in all interactions with ability to influence at all levels internally and externally
  • Travel is required - 20-30%, to both Portland, OR and Lehi, Utah.
