You will be supported by a highly successful COO with 35+ years expertise in high growth companies and that is there to push the boundaries of the industry and provide coaching, mentoring and strategic vision as necessary to achieve your goals for the division.
The client is a 50+ year old, privately held, $30m+ industrial organization that is highly regarded in industry and market and is poised for significant growth across all divisions.
The Division Growth Leader will be responsible for identifying, analyzing and improving system, service and process deficiencies across the business unit while pushing the boundaries of the industry to achieve and exceed expectations. You will lead this Division with autonomy with the support of the CEO and COO to ensure the primary performance objectives meet or exceed expectations. You will create a Division vision and strategy for high growth from direct market, vertical markets and ensure the team and staff are aligned for execution. You will create the vision and also be the key driver of the vision to lead the Operations, Sales, Support Group.
Lucrative base pay + incentives based on target growth that can include options.
Potential future growth within 36 months to company COO.
