The Division Director of Food and Nutrition (FANS) and Environmental Services (EVS) is responsible for leading and implementing all initiatives in the Food and Nutrition Services and Environmental Services, including linen and laundry services. Primary responsibilities include ensuring customer satisfaction, meeting all regulatory agency guidelines, and developing and meeting annual expenditure and savings budgets through generating and analyzing performance metrics.
The Division Director of FANS and EVS is responsible for developing, evaluating and implementing food/supply formularies and linen and other product optimization for all hospitals within the division departments, standardizing department processes and products, and analyzing product and meal utilization throughout the division to reduce supply cost and improve quality. Individual will support the Division Supply Chain mission as a subject matter expert in the review of linen/laundry management, food and nutrition and environmental services products and programs, and other support services as required. Individual will provide review and operational analysis of outsourced management contracts for facility departments.
This position is located at our Denver, Colorado location. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor of Science in Food & Nutrition, Hospitality Management or related field, Master’s Degree in Health Care Administration, Business Administration or Nutrition, or R.D. preferred. A minimum of 5 years experience as healthcare director in food/nutrition required. Prior experience in managing multiple foodservice operations preferred as well as Environmental Services experience. A ServSafe Manager Certification or equivalent required.
