As part of the larger recruiting organization, we are responsible for identifying the smartest and most passionate individuals as well as developing scalable programs and processes that are in support of our overall goals and objectives. The Tech Recruiting team is looking for an experienced Programs Specialist to work collaboratively with our Diversity, Recruiting & Recruiting Operations teams, to determine deliverables, timelines, materials and the requirements needed to integrate diversity recruiting initiatives & projects/programs. You will help manage project schedules, deadlines, executive reporting and priorities for all teams and actively communicate the status of projects you are overseeing. In this role, you’ll take your exceptional program management skills and play an integral role in driving the delivery of diversity initiatives & programs to help us attain our business goals.

Required Skills:

  1. Help drive and coordinate new programs across all candidate demand channels as it relates to the intersection of experienced recruiting and diversity programs

  2. Create strategy for building a diverse candidate pipeline and assist recruiters/sourcers in attracting a diverse slate of candidates for open positions

  3. Partner closely with Diversity Business Partners on metrics and funnel data per pipeline/team and drive diversity efforts within each team

  4. Provide relevant data, analysis and recommendations to guide decision-making related to strategic recruitment and retention efforts

  5. Research and analyze external talent pools, partner organizations, and events, to create customized recruitment approach by pipeline

  6. Develop business cases and manage business orientated projects with cross-functional stakeholders that will include project development, launch, execution, performance, control, and close

  7. Use influence to drive engagement and accountability across recruiting and business partners utilizing data

  8. Accountable for day-to-day project support for multiple project plans and teams working on the various work streams identified

  9. Co-build project roadmap to support long-term delivery goals

  10. Establish metrics for projects and ensure performance against metrics is tracked and measured

  11. Provide feedback and make recommendations to management on process improvements, technology, training requirements, etc. and drive/promote adoption of all diversity resources and tools

  12. Analyze trends and consolidate data/information to present for review with primary stakeholders and drive decisions based on data

  13. Prepare executive-level reporting on key metrics and project status

  14. Identify, assess and minimize program risks until successful program completion

  15. Manage a wide range of both strategic and tactical tasks efficiently

  16. Assist with other initiatives, as needed

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 4+ years of experience in hands-on recruitment in tech industry

  2. Ability to work cross-functionally and hold people accountable for deliverables without a formal reporting structure

  3. Communication skills, cross-group collaboration and interpersonal skills

  4. Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills. Ability to use data to drive recommendations and experience in designing and driving programs

  5. Project management and process improvement background

  6. Strategic thinker – experience in developing operations strategies

  7. Organization skills, and detail oriented

  8. Tech and industry knowledge with ability to understand tech skills, target companies, conferences, open source communities

  9. Research/sourcing skills with ability to dive into searches for requisitions

  10. Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and strengthen relationships with clients and partners.

  11. Demonstrated experience recruiting under-represented talent
