We are currently looking for a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Manager to join our team in Holland, MI.
As a DEI Manager, you will:
Be responsible for leading company-wide DEI strategies, programs, and initiatives which will enhance the company’s diversity across supplier, designer, dealer and member populations. Partner closely cross-functionally with leaders to identify priorities, develop and enhance the organization’s diversity and inclusion strategy, manage implementation of programs and policies, track progress and advance a strong culture of inclusion and engagement. Be responsible for tracking and reporting DEI metrics and progress.
