Job Overview

We are currently looking for a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Manager to join our team in Holland, MI.

As a DEI Manager, you will:

Be responsible for leading company-wide DEI strategies, programs, and initiatives which will enhance the company’s diversity across supplier, designer, dealer and member populations. Partner closely cross-functionally with leaders to identify priorities, develop and enhance the organization’s diversity and inclusion strategy, manage implementation of programs and policies, track progress and advance a strong culture of inclusion and engagement. Be responsible for tracking and reporting DEI metrics and progress.

Do you have these required qualifications?

• Bachelor’s degree in business or liberal arts.
• 8 years of human resources experience including 5 years diversity and inclusion experience in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of driving and implementing innovative diversity and inclusion initiatives and programs that result in tangible outcomes.
• Must have prior experience with OFCCP/AAP audits and compliance.
• Current and continuing right to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Do you have these preferred qualifications?

• Master's degree or Senior Professional Human Resources certification preferred.
• Certified Diversity Professional (CDP)® credential preferred.

Ideally, you have also demonstrated the following:

• Demonstrated cross-cultural competencies, including strong emotional intelligence and the ability to engage and build relationships.
• Knowledge of principles, methods and tools of Diversity & Inclusion.
• Experience building business case for DEI and driving business results.
• Demonstrated experience developing external partnerships to drive results.
• Ability to build strong working relationships across all levels of the organization and work effectively with others.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Strong program and project management skills and operational rigor.
• Proven record of taking initiative/self-starter.
• Experience with data analytics.
• Prior people management experience.
• Audit management experience.
• Ability to organize and prioritize work in a dynamic and complex environment to meet deadlines and daily requirements
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Experience developing and delivering presentations for all levels.
• Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite
