'Job Summary: The Inclusion and Diversity, VP helps develop, implement and monitor programs that promote inclusion and diversity; works with key internal partners; and maintains and builds external I&D relationships.

Major responsibilities include, but will not be limited to:

  • Lead all I&D branding and communications projects for internal and external audiences; including completing benchmarking diversity surveys (Diversity Inc., HRC Equality Index, etc.)
  • Manage existing and new internal/external I&D development opportunities in coordination with HR Business Partners, Client Engagement Managers, Talent Development, and other key stakeholders
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition & Staffing on community outreach events and processes
  • Develop, socialize, implement, and evaluate Inclusion & Diversity strategies, initiatives, processes, projects and/or programs
  • Track, measure, and report out against I&D goals
  • Contribute to other departmental activities and initiatives as assigned by Head of Inclusion & Diversity

Basic Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5 year experience in Inclusion & Diversity and/or Affirmative Action, ERG or equivalent
  • Proven project management experience
  • Track record for delivering results through successful program design and implementation, ideally in a client-facing, change management, or consulting role
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate metrics, research, and trends into strategy
  • Experience in creating presentations and reports for Executives
  • Solid business acumen and strategic thinking skills
  • Capable of establishing rapport with employees and management at all levels
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong computer skills utilizing PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.
  • 4 year degree or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years in the financial industry
  • Learning design and facilitation
