We are looking for a District Service Manager who will be responsible for achieving the Districts’ profit and efficiency targets relating to service operations. You will work in accordance with Regional Service Operations Leader and their District Manager to ensure effective implementation of Service Operations initiatives within their District. You will provide key interface to Regional Operations leader to prioritize and drive key initiatives, ensure local requirements and support are included. Collaborates and creates plans, processes and programs to achieve specific business initiatives and provides ongoing specified services to the regional frontline business. You will report directly to the District Manager.

Essential Functions:
1.Plans, directs, and coordinates activities of district service operations to ensure that goals or objectives of service operations are accomplished within prescribed time frame and funding parameters.
2.Responsible for development, implementation and attainment of an annual business plan, operating budget and efficiency budget utilizing KONE business processes.
3.Responsible for the collaboration with Branch Service Operation Managers and supervision to development and achieve the District budget, utilizing KONE business processes.
4.Provides direction and support to the front line business in executing corporate objectives/initiatives (i.e. KPI's, productivity, conversion rate, call out reduction, etc).
5.Assist Branch Service Operations in managing HR related processes including people development, staffing, compensation, performance management - all calibrated across the region.
6.Develops and fosters communication with sales and operations, including effective problem resolution.
7.Responsible for creating an environment of customer satisfaction and delight.

Additional Responsibilities:

1.Accountable to driving strict adherence to safety policy, training and initiatives.
2.Manage Corporate Compliance, proper business practices and code of conduct.
3.Maintain current knowledge of applicable codes and regulations and ensure operation conforms to these at local ,state and federal levels
4.Responsible for compliance to obligations of contractual requirements with customers.
5.Enforce labor standards in strict conformance with the Standard and local IUEC agreements

Education:
4 year college degree minimum or work experience equivalent.

Experience:
At least five years progressive supervision and management experience (including managing people, budgets, planning etc.).
