District Manager – Advanced Wound Care

What you'll be doing


  • You will improve your team members' sales skills through interaction during weekly field rides.
  • You will ensure proper Account Manager territory coverage, account penetration and sales time allocation
  • You will conduct job performance evaluations and outline development plans for account managers
  • You will identify account managers who demonstrate leadership traits and work with your AVP to create additional development opportunities. Conversely, identify those on your team who consistently do not meet company standards and devise corrective action for success.

What we are looking for

· Bachelor's degree

· Minimum of 5 years medical sales experience

· Proven ability to effectively present key concepts and recommendations to customers in formal and informal settings

· 3+ years medical sales managerial experience

· Previous experience as a Sales trainer preferred

· Strong analytical skills to include pipeline management, territory analysis and territory management. Demonstrated success with complex sales process

· Experience selling in an environment with multiple call points and decision makers within an account

· Professional training program experience (i.e., Integrity Selling)

· Travel: 50%
