The District Sales Manager, Dealer Network is responsible for development and strategy as it pertains to the Small to Enterprise (SME) business and the sale of our products and services This role is charged with developing and expanding sales revenue by strategically planning, forecasting and executing the sales plan as well as developing and managing the sales team.


Recruit, develop and manage a successful dealer network and corporate sales team (75%)

· Recruit new dealers
· Recruit new sales reps to build corporate residential and commercial sales force;
· Ongoing follow up of activity level by both dealers and sales reps
· Manage weekly performance and results
· Actively participate in specific exhibitions and home shows with dealers and corporate sales
· Organize bi-monthly sales meetings
· Prepare and analyze sales statistics
· Assist in strategic reviews and OP achievement
· Maintain networking with suppliers and other intermediaries
· Develop and foster reference programs partners, i.e.; (insurance Co.)
· Ensure development of new concepts that could attract alarm companies
· To be aware and in pursuit of opportunities for account growth and new business
· Support AD sales through development of new programs

Develop and maintain strategic alliances, and partnerships (insurance) (10%)

· Identify potential partners for references
· Break ground for new alliances to generate leads for the team
· Develop and foster builder business relations
·Develop and foster Insurance business relations

Ensure development and management of “third-party monitoring” (10%)

· Listen to issues or requests from third parties;
· Ensure follow-up and liaison with managers of centrals;
· Meet with current third parties and prospects;
· Review opportunities and threats and prepare a new strategy (services, price list, presentation techniques)

Perform all other related tasks at his supervisors’ request. Other responsibilities (5%)

· Assists his supervisor and coworkers in the exercise of their duties, when required;
· Maintain a positive attitude and create a harmonious and healthy atmosphere;
· Provides professional partnership, availability and flexibility with other company departments;
· Ensures an orderly working environment
· Translates through his attitude and behavior the company values

Required Qualifications:

· High School diploma or GED
· 7 plus years of sales leadership experience in the Security Industry or like business
· 2 plus years experience in Dealer Sales environment

Preferred Qualifications:

· Demonstrated ability to train and mentor individuals in the sales environment
· Ability to manage multiple tasks and activities, to organize and prioritize, and to meet deadlines
· Working knowledge of Microsoft office products including excel, work and outlook
· Ability to successful interact with all levels within the organization and with our customers
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· Ability to travel 50-60%
