Our client is a very fast-growing pharma company in search of a District Sales Manager to manage 8 territory managers. Can live in Austin, Houston, or Dallas. Position entails about 30% travel. Initial interview by video.
Perfect fit is a Pharmaceutical Sales Manager who was a Pharm Sales Representative for a few years with top sales results who moved into Sales Management and earned outstanding sales results leading others. However company will consider successful sales managers from other fields of medical sales, such as medical devices.
Products are nutritional formulary products sold to long term care centers, dieticians, and childrens hospitals, as well as through distributors. Company has been growing 15% per quarter for several years.
Desired experience for the Director of Sales role:
Compensation $150,000. base plus $60,000. bonus plus stock options valued at approximately $50,000. Also $800. per month car and computer/cell expenses, plus gas and a full benefit package.
