The District Sales Manager (DSM) is responsible for growing the NICE inContact revenue stream by signing new companies to our CXone Cloud Platform. Our DSMs sell to Enterprise/Fortune 500 companies across all industries and verticals, with a focus on the customer center area. building market share in their regions. This position is required to increase revenue streams in small business, commercial, government, and contact centers.

As a District Sales Manager, a Typical Day Might Include the Following:

  • Meets and exceeds assigned sales quota
  • Builds and maintains a 5X annual quota pipeline
  • Leverages Marketing, Sales Development, and our Channel Partners to create pipeline
  • Create valuable relationships with our Channel Partners in the field
  • Present the NICE inContact value proposition to C-Level prospects on a weekly basis
  • Maintain product knowledge by attending weekly trainings, leveraging our LMS, and role-playing
  • Weekly travel within region to see prospects, partners, customers
  • Occasional travel nationally to conferences, annual kickoff, and off-site meetings
  • Be the quarterback for the many internal resources needed to win a deal
  • Become an expert in our Customer-Centric Selling process and follow that approach
  • Interacts with all levels of NICE inContact
  • Keeps Salesforce.com accurate at all times with the status of opportunities and pipeline
  • Completes all NICE inContact paperwork timely - expense reports,
  • Work as a team with the Regional Vice President  

To Land This Gig You'll Need:

  • Bachelor’s Degree. A B.S. in Business, MIS, Marketing, Communications or similar field a plus.
  • 10+ years sales experience, with at least 5 in the Enterprise Software category
  • Proven track record of hitting/exceeding quota
  • Highly skilled at closing new clients – this is a new logo role with 75%+ bookings from new clients
  • Highly professional demeanor – ability to command a room during presentations
  • Excellent negotiation skills and ability to handle high-pressure situations
  • Demonstrated high level competency in written and verbal communications
  • Ability to work with little supervision in a remote home office setting
  • High level of drive and curiosity – our environment changes constantly
