Description
The District Manager is responsible for directing, motivating, developing capabilities and managing wholesalers to achieve company targets and objectives. Specifically, the DM will be responsible for brand strategy implementation & management while ensuring corporate brand standards at all times. Work to increase effective product placement and share of marketplace within the distribution network and develop programs to support placements. Other key responsibilities to achieve set KPIs include inventory management as well as revenue management.
As a brewery representative, the DM is expected to be the authority on product knowledge, brand positioning and programming in the marketplace.

Education
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required

Requirements
Minimum 3 years management experience including people and wholesaler management
Minimum 1 year budget management experience
Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint
Must be a minimum of 21 years of age
Must hold a valid driver’s license without any alcohol-related offenses
Must be able to drive long distances regularly
Must be able to lift 35 lb. cases, 165 lb. kegs and various point-of-sale boxes on a regular basis
Must be able to successfully pass a hair drug screen as well as a background check
Must be able to work outside of regular business hours, including nights and weekends
