Responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities in the assigned market by coordinating service to existing and new customers. Works in conjunction with the Direct Sales Manager through the entire market to create customer service, sales and Education support programs for direct customers. Will focus majority of time on developing new business relationships within the Ventura/ Santa Barbara market by prospecting potential, high-quality business partners.

Who we are looking for

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in beauty industry sales. Cosmetology license a plus, but not required.
  • Proven track record in sales performance.
  • Strong leadership qualities with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
  • Able to operate in a fast-paced and changing market environment
