Work with the Area Director of District Operations to support Area Service Delivery and to serve as National Service Delivery liaison, identifying best practices, driving consistency across Districts and coordinating communication Nationally and Area wide. Responsible for translation and communication of negotiated Service deals to ensure consistent implementation across all Districts. Assist in setting up National customer reporting and provide guidance to Area PM’s. Serve as IT Liaison to facilitate the development of IT enhancements that support and impact District Operations and Service Delivery. Proactively identify opportunities to streamline process in order to meet customer deliverables.
Essential Job Functions
Responsible for translation of negotiated Service deals as they are rolled out by National Service Delivery.
Provide on-going resource and workload evaluation and associated recommendations/justifications.
Provide oversight of job reporting (close jobs, etc.)
Evaluate internal and external deployment meeting formats to streamline and prioritize information being reviewed in order to gain meeting efficiency and value.
Monitor and facilitate the improvement of Area Project Management techniques, such as forecasting, deployment reporting, Project Management Tool usage and efficiency.
Serve as IT Liaison for all system enhancements (BPM, PM Tool, etc.), facilitating tracking and prioritization of system enhancement requirements.
Serve as a resource to District PMs, CMs and PCs for training (system tools, processes, etc.).
Chair forums with multiple functional groups to solve challenges.
Serve in Program Management role for major carrier projects as necessary.
Perform direct project management of applications and special projects (e.g. rebuilds, relocations and/or drop and swaps) as necessary.
High school diploma or equivalent
Bachelor’s Degree in Business or commensurate experiencepreferred
Minimum five (5) to seven (7) years’ wireless experience including significant project management and construction management

Expert knowledge of wireless carrier deployment and implementation
Expert knowledge of Business Process Management and Project Management Tools
Strong computer skills
Expert in Crown application process and all associated tools

Partnering with other area APM’s that have overlapping customer markets for single point of contact and consistent customer communication
