POSITION DESCRIPTION:

  • Leads, coaches, guides, mentors, develops, and manages a team of high performing Sales Managers
  • Inspires and motivates the district team to achieve assigned sales and business targets
  • Responsible and accountable to district sales and operational performance
  • Leads the district recruiting effort to maintain required staffing levels of top quality talent in all locations
  • Conducts regular field visits and maintains a highly visible presence within district to ensure excellence
  • Leads the process of managing district team performance to ensure direct reports are on track with performance goals, competency development
  • Analyzes performance data and regularly reports on district strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities, taking appropriate actions based on district needs
  • Builds strong, productive relationships with in-store management and associates
  • Leads the operational execution for the assigned district, accountable for compliance in scheduling, inventory & cash drawer control, and maintaining merchandising standards
  • Complies with Company policies and procedures in all locations within the district
  • Evaluate, assess and make recommendations to senior leadership based on district market intelligence and feedback of current business conditions
  • Uses sound ethical considerations to guide decisions and act in accordance with Company values
  • Exhibits exceptional skills in business relationships, analysis, accountability, recruiting, systems processes, time management and leadership
  • Exemplifies a customer centric mentality
  • Represents the model of professionalism, work ethic, and determination of Premium and the client

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degreepreferred
  • Minimum five years management experience in wireless industry or retail sales environment
  • Minimum three years multi-unit management experience
  • Experience in or with Walmart preferred
  • Excellent communication skills required
  • Proven track record in multi-tasking, demand management, problem solving, organization, and prioritization skills
  • Remote home office with extensive local travel (up to 80%)
  • Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MapPoint) proficiency
