We are seeking a District Manager based at our Bellevue office. Previous leadership of multiple branch locations preferred.

This position is responsible for:
? Providing supervision, leadership and communication for all offices in their geographic district and overseeing all implementation and support of policy and procedure
? Promoting the growth and profitability of the district by developing and expanding the customer relationship and retention
? The management of all aspects of the adopted sales process
? Ensuring that they and their employees consistently provide the best customer experience possible
? Working as part of a team
? Working with onsite equipment

REQUIRED REGISTRATION: Annual Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System & Registry registration per the SAFE Act

The functions of this position usually require standing, sitting, reaching, kneeling, bending, crouching, light lifting, walking, carrying and other movements. Tasks involve working on a computer keyboard, computer software applications, involved extensive wrist and hand movement, visual acuity, ability to frequently convey detailed or important instructions or ideas accurately, audibly, and quickly, and ability to hear average or normal conversations and receive ordinary information. All individuals in this position are required to have regular, onsite attendance and be able to perform these tasks without risk of injury to themselves, others, or to otherwise demonstrate or explain how they can perform the essential functions listed.

- Responsible for ensuring that they and their employees consistently provide the best customer experience possible
- Providing support to staff in meeting customer expectations
- Coordinating and resolving customer complaints and issues
- Recommending improvements to procedures
- Recommending fee generating alternatives
- Recommending product / delivery enhancements
- Actively recommending cross-selling alternatives

- Continually co-developing Business Plan
- Delivering Strategic Business Plan objectives and goals
- Monitoring and analyzing District results
- Developing high profile as a Center of Influence
- Partnering and communicating with Corporate staff in Warren
- Developing community leadership and influence
- Responsible for the management of all aspects of the adopted sales process
- Developing and overseeing District wide calling program
- Making joint sales calls with various business partners
- Delivering CRM initiatives and maximize success
- Coordinating business development initiatives and campaigns
- Making quality business referrals to Commercial, Business Services, Trust, Investment and
- Surveying and recommending potential new sites in the District
- Overseeing deposits and loan based growth
- Keeping abreast of current trends in the economy and community

- Ensuring compliance with Bank policies and procedures
- Ensuring compliance with State and Federal regulations
- Ensuring total data / document integrity
- Minimizing loss exposure
- Improving recovery activity
- Maximizing operating efficiencies
- Minimizing operating expenses
- Maximizing security within the District
- Responsible for recruitment activity and staff turnover
- Co-developing with Region President succession planning for District
- Scheduling regular communication meetings
- Preparing and analyzing management reports
- Partnering with Human Resources on employee punitive issues
- Partnering with facilities to oversee all facility issues
- Disseminating information to office network
- Providing information and analysis to the Advisory Board
- Responsible for monitoring management coverage
- Partnering with Region President to recommend management hiring and movement within the
- Recommending employee recognition programs / events
- Recommending in District deposit/loan pricing in response to market demands

- Mentoring managers in lending relationships and development
- Reviewing and approving loans
- Ensuring compliance with underwriting guidelines
- Reviewing and monitoring delinquency report
- Providing assistance to the Retail Lending Collections department for mortgage collections and
REO’s as needed
- Supporting corporate consumer collections efforts as required
- Reducing delinquency expectations
- Checking loan decision summaries to ensure accuracy and completeness

- Providing leadership and positive direction for maintaining the safety and loss
prevention program
- Actively participating in and supporting employee participation in the safety and loss
prevention program by ensuring that employees know how to properly report a safety
issue, making sure that all accidents are promptly reported to Human Resources and
documented, and ensuring that prompt action is taken whenever workplace hazards
are identified
- Helping implement emergency procedures
Requirements 4 year degree in business/finance or related subject or equivalent experience preferred. Applicant should possess knowledge of regulatory and compliance issues, 10 years lending/banking experience, 10 years supervisory experience, 10 years customer service experience, 10 years administrative experience, proven organizational and communication skills, and the ability to analyze financial data. Applicant needs to be able to motivate and be a team player.
