The anticipated salary range for this position is $105,800 - $158,600 depending on location, knowledge, skills, education and experience. This position is also eligible for a quarterly bonus. In addition, we offer comprehensive and competitive benefits to Associates (and their families) such as medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term, long-term disability and car allowance. Eligible Associates are able to enroll in our company's 401k plan. Associates will accrue paid time off up to 200 hours per year (inclusive of PTO, floating holidays, and paid holidays). Paid sick time up to 80 hours per year unless otherwise required by law.

Requirements

Qualifications:
  • Experience
    • Minimum of eight years' experience in store management and multi-unit hardline retail management
  • Education
    • Bachelors/Associates Degree preferred or High School graduate/Equivalent.
  • Physical requirements
    • Ability to communicate with customers and employees. Requires travel over a large geographical area and standing and moving for an entire shift.
  • Availability
    • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as necessary to meet the needs of the business. Regular travel is required.
