Responsibilities:

  • Manage the sales force and lead top line growth
  • Manage branch assets to ensure speed to market
  • Manage performance, safety and operational excellence
  • Direct responsibility for key customer accounts
  • Ensure that sales associates are properly trained to focus on details, accuracy and SAP proficiency
  • Maintain operation expenses to ensure they are in line with GP goals, customer service, and growth plans
  • Ensure effective collaboration, teamwork, and communication throughout the district

 
Education:   4-year degree preferred; Business, Accounting, Finance, Marketing, Sales Management, Engineering or related disciplines
 
Required Skills:

  • 3+ years of sales management experience in a B2B sales or sales operations
  • People leadership
  • Motivational, influencing skills
  • Proven ability to analyze a business opportunity and develop a successful sales strategy to acquire new business
  • Demonstrated knowledge of business and accounting concepts including P&L statements, balance sheets, ROI, interest and leasing calculations, etc.;
  • Strong MS Office skills and working knowledge of SAP
  • Possesses a valid driver’s license and is able to travel daily
