Execute Regional cross channel distribution plans to support site selection and de-selection based on enterprise distribution plan and local revenue and cost targets. Manage lease renewal process including financial analysis, decision support and site evaluations. Resolves tenant operating and lease issues. Regional contact for new and existing construction. Also works with Channel Directors and Regional teams to make facilities, maintenance and in-store experience decisions. Provides guidelines and manages on-boarding and off-boarding (including decommissioning activities) and field coordination to support new store openings and closings. Researches and shares best practices with region contacts. Analyzes and interprets local trends and understands costs and forecasts related to changes in points of presence across channels and/or locations to support executive decision making. Serve as main POC for facility needs & IT hardware issues, open Retail Operations Command Center (ROCC) tickets, region, facility and maintenance contracts and manages all SLAs to ensure they are met. Serves as the regional contact for inclement weather procedures and manages response for affected areas.
Must have valid driver’s license, three consecutive years of active driving history, successfully complete driver’s safety training, and otherwise comply with Sprint’s Driver Safety Policy and guidelines.
• Bachelor's degree and four years related work experience or eight years related work experience post high school
• Three years telecom and/or retail experience
• Three years experience in commercial real estate administration and/or property management
• Three years finance and modeling experience
• Three years working with retail leadership on planning and strategy
