Dispute Resolution Supervisor


The Dispute Resolution Supervisor will be the “field general” of the dispute system for Specialty Products. This includes oversight of credit/rebills/short-pays for Business Segment US 30. The supervisor will ensure disputes are flowing properly and closing timely.  Dotted line reporting to Director of Credit
& Collections.



  • Oversees the Accounts Receivable Dispute Process

  • Works with Sales, Customer Support, Credit, Cash App, and Billing departments to create and maintain first class operation

  • Reports weekly on process metrics

  • Dispute Management Expert – identify, Uncover and Remove Obstacles

  • Works with SAP OTC BPO for the business and IT sides and Department Managers to find root cause to issues and initiate continuous improvement

  • Approves credit and debit memos in dispute system

  • Works with customer when required to explain why a dispute is deemed invalid

  • Respond to escalated or complex inquiries regarding disputes
  • Develop policies and procedures applicable to efficient and accurate workflow

  • Handle escalated issues regarding consumer disputes and the chargeback process
  • Have visibility to all AR reports and worklist

  • Ad-hoc duties to support the business



  • Bachelor degree in Accounting or Applicable Study

  • 5 years of work experience

  • Dispute resolution experience



  • Problem Solver with analytical, detail oriented and organizational skills

  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills to effectively work with individuals

  • Advanced proficiency in use of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Access
    Database) and ERP systems.
