The Director, Workplace Service & Operations – US Portfolio, is a key leader in the delivery of Real Estate & Workplace Solutions (REWS) programs across the RealPage global portfolio. This position is responsible for directing and overseeing the delivery of workplace service and operations at RealPage’s corporate headquarters as well as multiple field locations within the US. This position will also be responsible for developing and implementing global Physical Security/Life Safety programs across the RealPage enterprise, working with both US and international real estate and corporate departments. The Director will work closely with organizational leadership, peer international portfolio leaders, departmental Centers of Excellence (COE) leaders, staff and vendors to deliver industry leading real estate and workplace programs that effectively support RealPage employees, clients and guests. Applicants should be comfortable working within a matrix organization that requires a high level of flexibility, team collaboration, and effective leadership practices with the ability to deliver high profile programs.
