Clark Memorial Hospital has provided superior health care servicesto the residents of southern Indiana since 1922. The hospital is a 241-bed,acute-care facility located on a 22-acre campus. The campus also includes twomedical office buildings and an outpatient surgery center. Clark Memorial ownsan urgent care center and diagnostic
Imaging center. Additionally, it manages its growing physicianoffice through the Clark Physician Group, which employs more than 50 providersthat includes physicians, physician assistants and nurse practitioners.
Licensed RN in the State of Indiana. Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing. Must have thorough knowledge of general nursing theory and practice. CPR Certification required. Utilizes the nursing process to provide direct and indirect patient care in the Women’s Care, Labor & Delivery and OB setting in a cost efficient manner. Responsible for the development and implementation of goals, objectives, policies and procedures that guide the nursing staff. Maintains budgetary control for assigned units. Coordinates with physicians, nursing personnel and other departments to ensure quality patient care. Maintains excellence in guest relations. Supports quality healthcare through the use of quality/process improvements. Demonstrates knowledge of growth and development and possesses ability to assess, interact, communicate, and care for age specific population.
