The Senior Director of Wisely Payments Marketing is responsible for developing and executing cardholder marketing strategies around all aspects of our Wage Payments products, with a primary focus on ADP’s paycard and digital payments account offerings, under our Wisely portfolio brand.
This role will have three critical responsibilities: developing loyalty marketing strategies and tactics to the end-consumer of our card portfolio; helping build marketing programs around new digital and physical payments product launches; and relationship management with our card-issuing partners.
Our Wisely portfolio solution set is part of the SmartCompliance suite of workplace-compliance solutions within the Compliance Solutions business unit of ADP. This position will be part of the Wage Payments and Wisely Marketing team and will work closely with the Head of Marketing and business General Managers (GMs).
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for cardholders to drive increased card usage, adoption, direct deposit loads, digital engagement, retention and other cardholder-related engagement metrics. Marketing tactics may include email, website, ADP app-based marketing, social, phone, digital dual-purpose servicing communications, communities, influencers, direct mail, and others.
Assist in broader marketing efforts associated with launching new payments products including positioning, value prop, naming, and integrated go-to-market plans
Cross collaboration marketing tactics include — tradeshows, white papers, webinars, sell sheets, thought leadership, digital marketing, etc.
