Director, Wholesale Accounts
Must be both detail-oriented and people-oriented, as traffic analysis and customer/prospect contact are the essence of the position. Should have at least basic knowledge of wholesale voice and SMS industry.
- Monitoring traffic, both voice and SMS, from daily reports.
- Contacting any customers whose usage has changed to see if there are any issues that need addressing.
- Take escalations from support and either address them directly or hand ticket off to the appropriate Voxox person.
- Upsell existing customers by finding out details of their business and future expansion needs.
Use Hubspot to track tasks, deal flow, interactions with existing customers, change of customer contact information, etc.
- Use Zendesk to track trouble tickets to be sure they’re getting addressed, especially with larger customers ($1000/month or more)
- Walk prospects through the process of becoming an active customer.
