Robert Half is seeking a Director of Web Product Marketing to work internally at the corporate office in San Ramon that will lead the online marketing team to ensure a successful roadmap of optimization initiatives as part of Robert Half?s overall digital strategy and user experience. You will play a central role in the ongoing development of our data-driven UX & design approach, implementation of customer acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies via the website and various digitalmarketing products. You will also be expected to take a leading role driving consumer facing products to completion in partnership with our product and IT teams. Ensure our website follows SEO best practices and help guide our content team to write content that will support our SEO needs and growth. 

Responsibilities:

  • Drive the overall web strategy and roadmap to increase traffic, leads, repeat rates and customer experience.
  • Make data-driven improvements of the business performance of our websites using customer insights and analytics.
  • Continually manage monitoring, tracking, and communicating site performance including KPI/dashboard development, AB testing and ongoing optimization.
  • You will audit and identify site issues and work with relevant teams to resolve them in a timely manner.
  • You will identify and recommend opportunities for site improvement aligned to business impact.
  • Managing user & usability testing programs that interact with our customers and prospects and apply information gained into user experience solutions
  • Drive testing and improvement agenda to make our site a world class customer experience and task success rate, e.g., conversion rate, form completion rate using optimizely.

Work Experience:

  • 8+ years of experience in website management, preferably for consumer oriented commercial site
  • Familiarity with technical underpinnings of the web (e.g. HTML, CSC, XML)
  • Advanced experience with analytics tools, such as Google Analytics or Omniture
  • Proven track record in planning and leading testing strategies (AB, multi-variate, ect.)
