Position Summary

The Director, WBN Client Services oversees a team of Client Success Directors (CSDs) responsible for ongoing client management, growth, relationship building and network satisfaction. The Director, WBN Client Services will work directly with the team of CSDs and their clients to ensure retention, satisfaction, and across all accounts for which the team is responsible.

 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee a team of 5 -- 7 Senior CSDs/CSDs team
  • Meet or exceed metrics targets established by the organization
  • Work with top revenue clients, each with an annualized book of business of approximately $5 -- 10M, including multi-faceted organizations housing multiple brands under one parent company
  • In partnership with their CSD team, responsible for revenue protection and growth on all the team's accounts
  • Handle client escalations, attend in-person client meetings, attend conventions, and participate in other client-facing activities as required
  • Manage risk, understand customer churn, protect revenue, and work with CSDs to identify opportunities for account growth

 

 

Qualifications

 

  • 3 - 5 years of leadership experience leading a small team
  • Experience with relationship management at the C-Suite level
  • Comfortable handling escalations from executive-level clients, including CEOs
  • Able to travel 25 -- 50% of the time
