Our client is a revenue cycle outsourcing company of 250 employees, in 2 locations, combining revenue cycle solutions of 2 outstanding 10+ year old companies into one full range suite of products.
This management team has a successful record of growing software and services in the Revenue Cycle . They provide a proprietary software tool for workflow management in all areas of the revenue cycle, including analytics for managed Care/Contract Management, A/R Outsourcing, Denial Recovery, Pre-Registration. The target market is the hospital or large physician or specialty group business. Geographic territory is open, but most current clients are in the eastern US. Would appreciate a rep with strong connections, relationships in a geographic area. These products have had several years of 20-30% top line sales growth before combining companies.
Base + bonus, commission starts at 7%, reduces over time, but will continue for perpetuity of deal.
--Consistent successful track record of revenue cycle outsourcing sales, including prospecting, whole business development process.
--Connections in industry groups, e.g. AAHAM, HFMA, etc.
--Understanding of various revenue cycle outsourcing products, from early-out to collections to various patient access and payer processes
--Team player, ability to function in collaborative environment.
