We serve customers by finding more ways to put more money in their pockets, eliminating work and drudgery so they can focus on their lives and what matters to them, and ensuring that every financial decision that they make, they make it with confidence.
Our flagship products – QuickBooks, TurboTax, Credit Karma and Mint – define the commitment to revolutionize the way people manage their personal finances, run small businesses and pay employees. Intuit has become a staple of American small business and personal finance, with a widespread and deep-rooted presence that's second to none.
The Intuit Consumer Group - which includes TurboTax, Credit Karma and Mint - has a clear growth strategy to transform the tax and personal finance landscape as it exists today. Consumers are rapidly turning to digital solutions to solve their most pressing financial needs: making ends meet, maximizing their tax refund and saving more for the future. Turbo Tax is a $3.5B business that serves over 40M customers each year. The brand has an exciting growth program fueled by some of the biggest innovation in the tax category.
To continue our success, we have to identify the right target customers, develop and deploy winning value propositions, drive greater differentiation in our offerings, while continuing to evolve our business model to ensure we have a durable approach to growth… these are the core responsibilities for the Director, TurboTax Growth Acceleration.
This leadership role will manage three sub-capabilities: growth of under-penetrated customer segments, strategic partnership acceleration, and future revenue streams including acquisitions. They will be responsible for leading horizontally across the organization to create and deliver a truly integrated E2E strategy and experience that delights customers.
