We are currently seeking a Treasury Director to take a lead role within our Treasury Department. TheDirector's primary responsibilities will be to lead the Company's risk management function (including FX, commodity and interest rate risk as well as insurance) and to support the Treasurer with pension management, capital markets transactions and banking relationships. The successful candidate will be an important part of corporate treasury team reporting directly to the VP, Treasurer. The Director will work closely with operating unit controllers globally as well as interact with insurance brokers, asset management advisors, and banks.

  • What we are looking for is a hands-on, high-energy individual, a global team player who leverage the strengths and special skills of themselves and others, and has demonstrated success in a global treasury environment
  • Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required; MBA, CTP or CRM a plus
  • Extensive experience with insurance programs; experience with captive arrangements a plus
  • Capability in foreign exchange, commodity and interest rate management
  • Experience in capital markets for debt and derivatives
  • Broad range of treasury and finance skills a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to meet stringent deadlines and work under stressful situation
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills
  • Independent critical thinking with well-developed analytical abilities
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, high volume, team-oriented environment


$140K - $180K
$140K - $180K base, +Other bonus
