This position will be accountable for the development and implementation of training strategies, plans programs and processes to support Arrow's business goals and objectives.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Partner with marketing, sales and operations to identify developmental needs to drive training initiatives.
  • Analyze performance gaps to identify and develop training solutions for employees and develop KPIs to measure training performance.
  • Measure, analyze and report on training results against defined KPIs and adjust strategies as needed for improvement.
  • Work directly with manager(s) in reviewing employee performance and assisting in the coaching and development for improved performance and effectiveness.
  • Ability to serve as a mentor and coach to new and tenured sales representatives.
  • Provide in house and field based coaching to sales associates, including outside sales calls, telephone skills, database marketing, time management, computer skills, etc. to enhance productivity.
  • Plan, organize and facilitate the Arrow University Sales Training Program.

Minimum Education and Experience:

  • College degree (or comparable business experience)
  • 3-7 years experience in new and/or used truck sales preferred
  • 2-5 years experience in sales management and/or sales training preferred
