The Director Total Rewards role presents an accomplished professional with an exceptional opportunity to provide leadership and operational management for the Total Rewards department for UHS Hospitals and many other UHS companies. The Director, Total Rewards will be responsible for the design, implementation and communication of a compelling Total Rewards Strategy. This person will ensure that all of UHS’ reward programs are competitive, sustainable, scalable, and have a positive impact on the short and long term performance of the organization. Reporting directly to the VP, HR, the Director will lead the development of a Total Rewards strategy that will further support our efforts to attract, motivate, and retain top talent, building an Employer of Choice workplace. This individual will plan, organize, direct, budget, and control the department mission and function. He/she will provide expert advice and counsel to all levels of management; present to Senior Management meetings when requested; and manage the benefits plan and vendor relationships for lowest cost and highest performance.
Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business, or related area.
10 years progressively responsible experience in HR or business including 5 years of management experience.
