  • Provide leadership, project management, technical innovation, organizational direction, analytical development, and data management to the Security Tools Team within the Security Services team
  • Provide team, organizational, and strategic direction for Security Tooling at Workforce Solutions
  • Collaborate with Technology and Security Leadership to lead your team on delivering against agreed upon organizational goals and alignment with Enterprise Security Tooling
  • Schedule and participate in coaching and mentoring sessions with your team and individually
  • Perform and document performance reviews for team
  • Participate in defining the security strategy for your area of expertise
  • Actively manage your portion of the security program and provide consistent status updates to Technology and Security Leadership regarding progress against objectives
  • Raise accountability by escalating issues in a timely manner and creating and maintaining detailed documentation
  • Resolve issues, dependencies, and conflicts; make certain that your teams are involved, engaged, and informed
  • Stay up-to-date with trends in the information security community
  • Perform tech talks and other awareness campaigns to spread monitoring knowledge throughout the organization
  • Contribute and lead various workstreams in security transformation projects
  • Develop and cultivate service roadmap for centralized monitoring services
  • Communicate service roadmaps to leadership and influence budget decisions 
  • Evaluate tool and process effectiveness and value to the organization Create robust tracking metrics of environmental stability and uptime along with metrics tracking utilization of staff resources and efficiencies 
  • Conduct stakeholder engagements and lessons learned to further enhance service stability, performance and customer adoption 


  • Bachelors of Science degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Computer Security, Information Systems, or equivalent proof of baseline knowledge
  • Previous software development background desired, especially around security tooling
  • Experience with Agile Software Development processes
  • Experience with capacity planning, system administration, networksecurity, ITIL fundamentals, service design, service engineering, and team leadership
  • Experience with SailPoint, Voltage, and similar tools preferred
  • 2+ years of Security, or IT development management, preferably for teams of 4+
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects and assist/advise your team in establishing appropriate priorities
  • Ability to manage key customer relationships, including with senior managers
  • Ability to influence a cross functional team to accomplish goals in a matrixed organization
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to learn quickly
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
