The ideal candidate is a seasoned Agile expert who can navigate the complexities of a fast-paced SaaS environment, balancing hands-on Jira mastery with high-level strategic roadmap execution. This role offers a unique opportunity to build scalable processes and lead cross-functional teams through transformative technology shifts.
What You'll Do

  • Master the Agile Lifecycle: Act as the lead Scrum Master for technical workstreams, facilitating sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to ensure high-velocity, high-quality delivery.
  • Standardize PMO Excellence: Define and refine project management methodologies across the Enterprise Technology organization, establishing best practices for Jira management, documentation, and reporting.
  • Cross-Functional Orchestration: Partner with Finance, GTM IT, and Engineering leadership to align technical roadmaps with overarching business goals and growth initiatives.
  • Risk & Resource Management: Proactively identify bottlenecks, manage resource allocation, and mitigate risks across multiple concurrent workstreams to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Provide transparent, data-driven updates to executive leadership regarding project health, timelines, and ROI on system investments.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and develop project management best practices in the team, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and technical excellence.

What You Have

  • Deep Systems Expertise: Proven track record leading large enterprise wide implementations for Salesforce (CRM), Zuora (Billing/RevPro), and/or robust Financial/ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite).
  • Agile Authority: Expert-level knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies; CSM (Certified Scrum Master) or PMP-ACP is highly preferred.
  • Jira Power User: Deep hands-on experience configuring Jira for complex workflows, advanced roadmapping, and executive-level reporting/dashboards.
  • Strategic Implementation Lead: Experience managing the "Triple Constraint" (scope, time, cost) for projects involving multi-million dollar budgets and global footprints.
  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business operations, particularly the "Lead-to-Cash" process and its technical dependencies.
  • Exceptional Communication: Ability to translate complex technical requirements into business-friendly language for stakeholders at all levels.
  • Leadership experience with a proven ability to partner cross-functionally and on an international, cross-cultural basis.
