Job Description:
Director, Talent Operations
FT; Mon - Fri, 1st/Days
Responsible for managing the overall human resources operations including delivery of services, programs and initiatives related to talent acquisition, performance management, compensation, leadership development, employee relations, succession planning, Stakeholder engagement and legal and regulatory compliance.
Required Education/Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required (Recruitment and Selection, Employee Relations, Employee Compensation, Organization Development, Leadership and Culture, Engagement, Reward and Recognition, Computer Science, Business or related field, preferred.)
- Master’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred (Recruitment and Selection, Employee Relations, Employee Compensation, Organization Development, Leadership and Culture, Engagement, Reward and Recognition, Computer Science, Business or related field, preferred.)
- Approximately ten years progressively responsible related work experience, with at least two years in Healthcare experience preferred.
- Excellent communication, analysis, organization, planning and presentation skills
- Advanced computer skills in MS Office with emphasis on Excel, Word, and PowerPoint preferred
- Society for Human Resource Management certification; PHR or SPHR preferred
