The Director Talent Acquisition incorporates a drive for results using creative problem solving, continuous improvement tools and a teamwork approach to lead the talent acquisition initiatives for Rogers Behavioral Health. Develops and leads strategies, through collaboration with hospital and regions partners, to attract talent into our behavioral health system.
Through creative innovation and process improvement, this leader and system staff and HR leaders develop and implement standard methodologies for the people, processes, and systems necessary to attract talent for a successful behavioral healthcare career. Will manage RPO relationship to ensure performance and successes is in line with agreed upon statement of work.
