Midland Memorial Hospital, established in 1950 a non-profit hospital in Midland County, Texas. Director of Talent Acquisition

Midland Memorial Hospital is seeking an experienced Director of Talent Acquisition.

Here is what you will do:

Your responsibilities and the primary functions of an Director of Talent Acquisition will be to work with individuals at various levels within the organization to attract talent to Midland Health and develop the talent acquisition vision and strategy to meet our goals. You will be responsible for developing recruitment strategy and leading day-to-day talent acquisition activities including attracting, selecting, hiring and onboarding high performing talent. You will further develop and implement methods to build passive candidate pipelines to build Midland Health's employment reputation while supporting current and future growth. You will lead the recruiting team's hiring process and initiatives, including managing social media sites, developing internal and external partnerships, and maintaining visibility within the industry. You will assess talent-related technology tools and lead any new implementations. You will also be responsible for vendor management, developing best practices around I-9 management, employment verification and licensing and certification. You will develop diversity and veteran recruiting programs. You will effectively communicate with Hospital employees and persons outside the organization to identify, assess and resolve problems and or conflicts. You will develop and maintain reporting and monitoring metrics for recruiting and retention functions. Your current knowledge of compliance with, fair employment practice laws and regulations will be utilized. You will also be required to lead the recruiting process for key leadership roles.
