Director of Talent Acquisition leads health system efforts to building a diverse and skilled talent team, including planning and implementing recruitment strategies, onboarding new talent efficiently and effectively and supporting the system’s diversity mission. Responsible for directing the talent acquisition and onboarding teams in partnership with the operating unit’s human resources leaders.
10 + years of human resources experience particularly in talent acquisition and onboarding. Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field preferably in hospital/health care environment. Must possess supervisory management experience and knowledge of performance metrics management in talent acquisition and onboarding. Experience in all areas of sourcing including internet, social media, employee referrals and virtual career fairs. Possesses leadership and excellent interpersonal skills and oral/written communication skills. Must possess ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups and/or other regulatory boards.
