Lead an operations organization that focuses on developing new capabilities to support non-standard production businesses (complex specials or customs) for the Americas. Helps to continually refine the Subscale operations strategy and develops the new initiatives, capabilities, processes and support to move it forward. Manages a pipeline of projects from an initial quote request through order intake and delivery. Develops new capabilities in our plants, with our existing suppliers and with new suppliers that support Subscale. Decides when a new capability or solution makes sense to move from Subscale operations into Scale operations either as our customers grow and/or the market need for the solution grows. Ultimately, the leader and team will be responsible for supporting the business groups with exceptional customer service while also providing world class operations execution for Subscale Operations.
