The PGIM businesses offerinvestors a wide range ofinvestment strategies across asset classes and geographies, including public equities, public and private fixed income, commercial mortgages and real estate.PGIM’s Capital and Strategy team currently has an opening for a Director. The Director will lead the day toresponsibilities of the team and will interact with multiple PGIMfinance teams as well as with other business groups including PGIM’s Strategy team andTreasurers. The successful candidate will provide analytical and strategicfinancial leadership insupport of the PGIMCFOand the PGIM Executive Office.

Qualifications

Responsibilities:

· Lead a team of 4 associates

· Lead and/or support projects and strategic analysis for PGIM level projects, including M&A transactions

· Lead and oversee balance sheetrisk management efforts across PGIM. Collaborate closely with business partners to implement, maintain and improve riskbudget framework process across PGIM

· Develop, review and present multi-year forecasts, strategic initiatives and opportunities to improve financial performance

· Track industry and peer strategic actions across the Asset Management industry, including development of a Competitive Landscape package for a semi-annual discussion with PGIM’s CEO

· Lead and oversee participation in industry benchmarking surveys (provided by McKinsey & Co. and BCG) and provide strategic and analytical insights with regards to PGIM’s positioning relative to selected competitors

· Develop a comprehensive understanding of capital management concepts and assist with various capital analysis efforts (i.e., Dividend Process, Borrowing and Required Capital)

· Lead the PGIM Capital Management forecast re-design process

Qualifications:

· Undergraduate degree in a business major (Accounting, Finance, Economics, Statistics)

· Advanced degree or designation is a plus (MBA or CFA)

· 7+ years of experience in financial analysis or reporting

· Strong understanding of Asset Management or related field

· Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills

· Prior experience with development of senior level presentations

· Strong analytical and organizational skills

· Proactive with an ability to manage multiple assignments and priorities

· Establishes a rapport with others, as well as builds effective business partnerships

· Requires a high ethical standard and ability to work with confidential information

· Leadership supervisory experience
