  • People Management:
    • Build and lead a team of program managers and subject matter experts who can execute the team vision
  • Strategy and Operational Planning:
    • Understand strategic business objectives and requirements in order to facilitate operational improvement initiatives
    • Develop the vision and drive strategic planning & roadmap development efforts
    • Lead overall planning for project portfolio, partnering with change management, communications, project managers, and operations teams
    • Define detailed work plans and key metrics to ensure progress against goals
  • Project Management:
    • Manage special people related projects for the data center team (recruiting initiatives, headcount planning, L&D, etc.) with large-scale activities that span multiple global teams and business partners
    • Lead projects by facilitating communication, coordination, planning and execution across data center teams and business partners
    • Coordinate with key partners (HR, Recruiting, Legal, Communications, Finance, etc.) to support new projects
    • Manage project meetings, schedules, milestones and delivery
    • Prepare project correspondence for status reports, executive updates, meetings, annual planning, etc.
    • Work with teams to measure the impact of projects and ensure scalable solutions within a rapidly growing team
  • Collaborative Relationships:
    • Develop collaborative relationships with key stakeholders to develop, implement and optimize processes and tools that enable the data center teams to scale
    • Develop strong cross-functional relationships with Directors and VPs across the organization


  • 12+ years of experience in strategy, consulting or business operations
  • 7+ years of experience building teams and people management
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, operations, or equivalent experience
  • Experience executing strategic and operational initiatives
  • Demonstrated business sense, problem solving, project management and analytical experience
  • Demonstrated experience building cross-functional relationships across an organization and leading cross-functional teams
  • Experience in evaluating, developing and implementing operational improvements through automation and process redesign to enable scalability and velocity
  • Experience breaking down processes and identifying key pain points in order to deliver business improvements at local, regional and global levels


  • MBA or Master's degree
  • Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt, PMP (or equivalent)
  • Experience working in a growth company
  • Experience working with or in support of diverse communities
