MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Serve as the client primary point of contact for all challenges and opportunities related to their CDH growth strategy including:
    • Work with the client on enhancement requests, balancing both internal and client requirements to ultimately reach the best solution
    • Drive escalation of client issues and potential risk, participate in the risk mitigation process, and ensure successful resolution of issues through overall process improvement to ensure customer happiness
    • Track and report on key metrics for customer success including weekly progress summaries, overall operational scorecards, Net Promoter Score (NPS), etc.
  • Provide sales support as required including:
    • Supporting client on employer RFPs
    • Managing client contract addendums with Alegeus general counsel
    • Coordinating information with Alegeus team members for quarterly client business reviews
    • Create a client penetration plan in conjunction with the client, provide reports on adoption/penetration rates at state and employer levels and manage and review analytics reports at employer group level to determine if any action/campaigns should be initiated
    • Jointly working with internal marketing team on building slides, reports and marketing materials as needed and/or requested
    • Supporting and reviewing internal reports regarding client implementations
  • Achieve annual revenue and profitability targets

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s in Business and/or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years’ experience in CDH and knowledge of benefit accounts
